These Terms & Conditions govern the use of sorrentotocapri.com and the booking of boat charter services offered through this website. By making a booking, you agree to these terms in full.
sorrentotocapri.com is operated by Charter Pro International Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United States.
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to you.
All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (€). Prices include the boat, captain, fuel, port fees, hotel pickup and return, towels, snorkeling gear, and drinks on board unless otherwise stated.
Additional costs not included in the price: Blue Grotto entrance fee (€18/person), meals on Capri, and captain gratuity (optional).
Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, you may cancel for a full refund.
Late cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your trip to another available date during your stay.
No-show: If you do not show up at the agreed pickup time and do not contact us, no refund will be provided.
The safety of our guests is our top priority. If the captain or our team determines that sea conditions are unsafe for departure, we will notify you as soon as possible (typically 24 hours in advance) and offer either:
The captain has final authority on all safety-related decisions, including route changes, early returns, or cancellations due to weather conditions encountered during the trip. No refund is due for trips shortened or altered by the captain for safety reasons.
Hotel pickup and return are included in every private boat booking. Pickup is available from hotels in Sorrento, Sant'Agnello, and Piano di Sorrento. Pickups from other locations may be arranged on request and may involve additional transfer time.
You are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time. If you are not available at the scheduled time, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes. After that, the boat will depart from the marina at the scheduled time.
Guests must follow the captain's instructions at all times regarding safety procedures, boarding, and conduct on the vessel. The captain reserves the right to refuse service or return to port if a guest's behavior endangers themselves, other guests, or the vessel.
All boats are operated by licensed Italian captains and are fully insured in accordance with Italian maritime law. Charter Pro International Inc. acts as an intermediary between you and the local boat operator.
We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, sea state, mechanical issues, or actions of third parties.
Personal belongings are your responsibility. We recommend not bringing valuable items that cannot get wet on the boat.
The itineraries shown on our website are indicative. The actual route may vary depending on weather, sea conditions, grotto accessibility, and guest preferences. The captain makes all routing decisions based on conditions on the day.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.
