    Choose your preferred date and boat on our website. You secure the booking with a 30% deposit, and you receive instant confirmation by email. The remaining balance is due on the day of the trip.

    48 hours before: we get in touch

    Two days before your trip, we send you an email asking for your hotel name and address. We verify that your accommodation is within our pickup zone and confirm the exact pickup time.

    If you're staying outside the free pickup zone, we'll let you know the closest meeting point and how to get there easily.

    Morning of: your captain sends a WhatsApp

    On the morning of your trip, your captain messages you on WhatsApp with his name and photo. Our driver arrives at your hotel lobby at the agreed time — typically around 9:00 AM.

    The drive to the marina takes 10–15 minutes. Comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, no rushing.

    On the boat by 9:30 — Capri in 40 minutes

    Your captain greets you at the dock, helps you aboard, and gives a brief safety overview. Towels, water, and a welcome prosecco are waiting.

    By 9:30 you're on the water. Capri is 40 minutes away. The Blue Grotto, the Faraglioni, swimming spots, island time — the entire day is yours.

Yes. Hotel pickup and return are included in every private boat charter booked on sorrentotocapri.com. There is no extra charge, no add-on to select, no surcharge. It's part of the service.
Free pickup covers Sorrento, Sant'Agnello, and Piano di Sorrento. If you're in Vico Equense, Meta, or on the Positano side, we arrange a nearby meeting point — usually a short €10–€20 taxi ride. Staying in Naples, Pompeii, or further? Contact us and we'll find the best solution.
A comfortable, air-conditioned minivan or car depending on your group size. Our drivers are local, English-speaking, and know every hotel in the Sorrento area. It's a private transfer — just your group in the vehicle.
Yes. When your boat returns to Sorrento marina in the late afternoon, our driver is waiting to take you back to your hotel. Same service, same comfort, round trip included.
Typically between 8:30 and 9:00 AM for a full-day charter. The exact time depends on your hotel location and the boat's departure schedule. We confirm the precise pickup time 48 hours before your trip via email.
Absolutely. Bring a day bag with sunscreen, towels, and whatever you need for a day at sea. If you're checking out of your hotel on the day of the trip and have full-size luggage, let us know in advance and we'll make sure there's room in the transfer vehicle and on the boat.
Yes. We pick up from Airbnbs, B&Bs, vacation rentals, and villas. Just share your address when we email you 48 hours before the trip. If the property is on a narrow street where a vehicle can't reach, we'll arrange the closest pickup point — usually within a minute's walk.
Most full-day charters depart in the morning for the best conditions and longest time on the water. If you prefer an afternoon departure or have a half-day booking, let us know when you book and we'll adjust the pickup time accordingly.
Your captain will have messaged you on WhatsApp that morning, so you have a direct line. If you're running a few minutes late, just send a message. Our driver will wait. We build a small buffer into the schedule so a 10-minute delay won't affect your day.
The pickup covers hotel-to-marina and marina-to-hotel transport in the Sorrento area. It does not include: transport from other cities (Naples, Pompeii, Amalfi), Blue Grotto entrance tickets (€18/person, paid on site), lunch on Capri island, or any personal purchases. Everything else — fuel, captain, towels, water, prosecco — is included in the charter price.
